MEET FAKEY

THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE BRAND

Fakey Xtreme is a Quality Urban Clothing brand aiming to bring affordable gear to the Xtreme Sports genre, but it is much more as the owners wanted to share their ideas and what they could do for extreme sports in their local community. They wanted to offer Skateboarders, Scooters, In-Line Skaters and BMXers the opportunity to compete and progress through the Xtreme sports genre and to raise the profile of Xtreme sports in local communities. Then the Fakey Xtreme Sponsorship Programme was born and it really started to make their ideas a reality.

NOT YOUR AVERAGE CLOTHING BRAND

So Fakey isn’t just about Urban Clothing and Accessories: the vision is much wider than this. Bringing together communities through representing charities, coupled with a desire to get these dedicated enthusiasts noticed for what they are, ‘Talented Individuals’. There are many misconceptions surrounding local skate parks and most are considered as a local hangout for youngsters with little or no direction.

Fakey saw the potential in turning these spaces into something positive and giving youngsters the opportunity to shine. The passion for extreme sports burned brightly but how could they transform this into a sustainable platform for young enthusiasts to continue and develop their skills.

This is when Fakey got the vital financial and business support they needed when Andrew joined the team. His passion for motor sport, fuelled with a passion for classic restoration, saw the current Fakey brand evolve. His vision and business knowhow was the missing piece of the jigsaw and he instantly saw how to grow this brand into what it is today.

Andrew is always seeking to explore new ideas and pushing the boundaries of Xtreme sports. He’s always keen to hear from people who have creative ideas to further these sports and would love to hear from you.

CONNECTIONS TO AUTISM

They also have a connections to Autism, with family members and friends being diagnosed and they believe that everyone from any background, any disability have something to give. Driven by both the passion for the sports and wanting to help those less fortunate, they donate a percentage of all sales to charity.

If this is something that inspires you, or you want to help pay it forward, there are numerous ways you can help. You can donate to the charities Fakey supports through this site, or offer your time to help at events, or if you’re a business/supplier, provide services/products. But more importantly we ask all visitors to share this site and our Facebook page with friends, family and colleagues and make Fakey Xtreme a real life changer for young people from all backgrounds and abilities throughout the UK.
